Prologue

1427 AD "My mother asked for some small bowls." came a voice. It was followed by a little figure pushing through the crowd until he was finally in front of the shop. "Oh Khizo, my child, how is everyone at home?" The owner asked, smiling at the little boy in front of him. "They all are fine." Khizo replied. "Good to know." the owner talked while carefully packing the bowls with a red cloth. "Take this carefully home. Don't bump into anyone or it may break." the owner warned. "I will; here's your money." Khizo took out six coins from his pouch. "Six Kutins." He took the package with him but rather than going safely, he turned it into a game, running through the crowded streets of Krimagha, dodging past the crowd. He finally reached his house and knocked at the door, while balancing the package with his other hand. However, even after waiting for two minutes, no one came to open the door. He gave a kick at the door causing him to realize that the door was already open. "I brought the bowls, mama." Khizo called out, entering the house. However no one replied, overcoming Khizo with confusion and tension as he hastily took steps forward. Then he saw it - a trail of blood. The confusion turned into panic as he followed the trail of blood which led him to the kitchen. As soon as he entered the kitchen, he let out a scream, dropping the bowls as he looked at horror that lay before him. The kitchen had turned red with the bloodbath. On the ground lay his entire family - father, mother and sister, all covered in blood. Hey guys, how was the Prologue?
