"I don't know. I feel like there's something wrong with Lissa, but I can't figure out what it is." I understood her strong protectiveness of her best friend and I knew to trust her instincts. An Alpha's instincts were not something to doubt. If they felt something was off, something was off. I learned that the hard way.
"How about you find Lissa and I'll check in with Alberta. I'll tell her you'll find her when you've checked in with Lissa." She nodded as we crossed back over the ward lines. She ran off in the direction of the Moroi dorms while I navigated my way to the administrative building. I forgot for a moment that I was in wolf form, but quickly realized that it would make opening doors very difficult.
Thankfully, I saw Alberta exiting the building.
