“I… I did…n’t…” Axel said, although he had taken a shower he lied. The reason was obvious, he didn’t mean to be entangled with this man in body as well!
“I don’t mind…” Theo’s hand slowly moved to pull up the other’s shirt and Axel reacted like a virgin, every touch made him uncomfortable.
Faced with an unfamiliar circumstances different people react in different ways, and in this case Axel just froze up like a deer in headlights…
“You’re as dead as a fish… are you impotent?” Theo who wasn’t one to mix his words either asked in a very forward manner.
“It’s just, the kid might hear us and-” As if instantly when the man had any doubts whatsoever, Theo was there to disperse them.
“The apartment is too big for him to hear, besides this room is soundproof.” Theo’s hands continued moving and teasing the other’s n*****s beneath his shirt.
Axel could barely control his moans that escaped from his lips one after another. “Ngh… ah… well… that’s…” He couldn’t form sentences as his boss licked his n*****s and played with them.
‘Why am I feeling this at all!?’ Axel couldn’t help but wonder to himself as the other slowly moved his hands to his pants and began teasing him there as well.
Then Theo adjusted his position so that he’s between the man’s legs.
“I really can’t do it you know… you putting that in, it’s not going to work…” Axel spoke in a calm demeanor. He was a bit heated up from the other’s skillful hands that didn’t once let go of his manhood. “Let’s just… do this for now, alright?” Axel suggested as he picked up all his courage and pulled out Theo’s d**k from his pants and began to rub it the same way Theo did to him, although with a bit less technique.
Theo seemed to think about it for a moment then grabbed both their d***s and pressed them against each other. Using one of Axel’s hands and both of his own. “That’s fine for now… I won’t force you to do things you don’t like…” Theo spoke in a low and pretty whisper.
And even someone like Axel could appreciate… at that moment that man was truly really pretty…
It was… wild…
Not once but several times did they jack off together and did several other 18+ things. Out of which Axel came the most and on the other hand Theo came about three times…
Not that anyone was keeping score but the difference was so stark that Axel felt like a bit less of a man in these conditions…
It was almost like a challenge to his manhood in a sense…
“You look unwell…” Theo said while tilting his head to the side watching the man.
“I’m fine, I’ll head into work today.” Axel said as he avoided the man’s advances. His face was flushed red not because he was sick but because he felt the man’s gaze burning his back…
“Take care…” It seemed like Theo wanted to say something more to the man but couldn’t. He simply watched him leave.
“So you like dad a lot, right?” Cooper approached the man and asked him, now that his father wasn’t there he wanted to try and speak to this person.
“Yes… in fact, I like you a lot too.” Theo smiled gently at the kid. “Though it doesn’t seem like your father will return my feelings easily.” He spoke in a bit of a saddened voice.
Cooper moved closer to the man. “It’s because he loves mom.” His words were a bit heavy for a 15 year old but of course he’d understand, he was there… he’d seen the countless tears his father’s cried over his mom.
“Well… then I guess I’ll keep trying my best to make him fall in love with me as well.” Theo didn’t seem discouraged as he petted the boy’s head and stood up. “Do you want to go anywhere together?” He asked him and the boy agreed.
They headed out for a nearby bookstore where they saw Cooper’s classmate and childhood friend there…
“She’s the one, isn’t she?” Theo suddenly turned to the boy who was blushing all the way up to his ears. ‘Just like his father.’ He thought to himself.
“How do you know I like her?” Cooper asked him while looking embarrassed, he hid behind him so his friend wouldn’t see him.
“Because she’s your soul mate.” Theo said while glancing down at the string that came from Cooper’s left pinky finger and all the way to the girl in question.
“…but Alexa has a boyfriend…” Cooper suddenly remarked. “I can’t be with her…” He said as if he’d already given up. But no person that’s truly given up looks so embarrassed just by seeing the person they like outside.
“That will pass as well… at the end you two are meant to be together… but sometimes people have to go through hardships to get with the person they like.” Theo had no doubt in his mind as he watched them.
Alexa soon enough headed their way when spotting her friend. “Hey! When did you move!? That was such a shock to go to your place and see you weren’t there!” She spoke to him the same as usual and Cooper tried his hardest to calm his heartbeat that was going to escape from his chest.
“It happened so quickly I couldn’t even text you about it, still unpacking…” Cooper said as he chuckled a bit embarrassed.
“You should come over sometime.” Theo easily invited the girl.
Alexa turned to look up at him. “Who are you?” She asked while tilting her head to the side. “Some relative of yours?” She turned back to her friend who looked conflicted on what to say.
“Yeah, something like that.” Theo didn’t want to embarrass the boy in front of the person he liked and headed out. “I’ll take these to the car, if you want you can hang out for a while, call me to pick you up later.”
“Right!” Cooper quickly agreed and headed out with Alexa. As Theo watched them from the side he clearly noticed how the string that connected them became shorter when they were around each other…
It was fate. But only he knew about it with such clear certainty…
Theo’s ability was something he initially wanted to share with others but was met with people that ostracized him whenever he said that a certain couple in school would break up and he’d turn out to be right.
Some treated him like an advisor asking him who they should date but it wasn’t as easy as that. Sometimes soul mates wouldn’t necessarily be in the same class or even school or even country… And there were so many threads around him that distinguishing them all was increasingly difficult…
So he began to hide that ability…
Theo headed back to the construction side to watch the man work. He looked down at his own pinky finger at the string, it was being tugged at by the man working hard.
He observed him from afar for a while…
“If you can just hurry up and understand…” Theo spoke in a low voice as he got back into his car again and drove off…
Chapter 3: Be My Valentine (3)
***
‘Is this… alright?!’ Axel stared down at his d**k that had gotten hard upon waking up, a totally normal physiological reaction, right?
Only… the dream he had that night of Theo getting on top of him and doing some unspeakably dirty things with the man was what bothered him.
‘It’s because we do things like that, that I… or maybe I actually am a bit attracted to him? He’s… sort of really… beautiful…’ Even for Axel it was difficult to deny it… a pretty person was pretty despite their gender.
After handling his little issue Axel headed off to work as usual… only whenever the man’s face flashed into his mind he felt a bit weak in the knees.
“Man, you’re sick or something?” One of his co-workers approached him with a concerned expression on his face. “You’ve been totally absent minded today… you know the big boss is going to come and check up on us, right? Be on your best behavior.” The co-worker kindly warned him, however that did nothing to make him relax at all.
‘If I see him now then… I might actually lose it…’ Axel decided to go and hide in the bathroom for a while. He could always say he has an upset stomach to get out of seeing him.
Unsettled feelings were difficult to ignore…
It had only been about three weeks since they’ve moved in together. Just as Theo had promised he didn’t do anything that would make Axel uncomfortable.
No… rather it was because Axel was far too comfortable in the man’s gentle embrace that was the issue!
Any man would father at being treated so kindly… and maybe he missed his wife a bit at times but recently he hadn’t had the time to think about her at all…
It was almost as if Theo was completely taking over his thoughts… To the point he couldn’t ignore the smallest bit of him that actually wondered if this entire story about the red thread was the truth or not…
Because after all if there was such a thing…
“Why couldn’t we have met sooner?” Axel’s thoughts spilled out and he spoke under his breath.
“You having a dump in there or what?” Another of his co-workers called out to him while slamming his hand onto the door. “Get out man, I have to go.” He warned him with a serious sounding voice.
Axel gathered himself together and headed out…
“Hey…” Suddenly another man approached him, this one he didn’t recognize but he wore a suit and a somewhat sheepish meek demeanor that made him stand out.
Axel was quickly lead to a small room within the construction’s main office. There he waited for a while until an absolutely stunning woman entered the room. She didn’t have anything overly extravagant on her, in fact everything felt well polished and really simple. A woman with class.
She had long black hair that reached her waist and she sat down soon after entering the room. “Emilia…” She introduced herself with a gentle yet somehow not soft voice. Her expression was relaxed and indifferent.
“I’m Axel.” Axel replied and the woman stared at him for a while.
“You’re that man’s soul mate?” She asked while crossing her arms. Somehow she had an expression of disbelief far too blatantly obvious.
“Um… about that… it’s what he says but-” Axel was quickly interrupted. The woman Emilia stared at him as if he were but a rodent in her way.
“He’s going to be my husband, so don’t butt in. Someone like you that has nothing to offer should stand aside.” Emila’s tone and demeanor sharply contrasted her overly elegant style. She was someone that seemed fearsome at that moment.
Axel didn’t know what to say, because in essence, the woman wasn’t wrong. What could he offer a man that has everything? He’s nothing but a burden.
“And you have a child to boot? You should have just kept your wife…” Emilia continued mocking the man. “You and your kid are nothing but a burden to Theo so-” But that was the last straw.
“You can say anything about me, but don’t involve my son into this… He’s not a burden not to me and not to anyone else.” Axel couldn’t care less about insults and mockery being pointed at him but his son was his world. An insult to him was something the other man simply wouldn’t allow.
“Ha? You dare to speak to me like that!” Emilia grew angry and slapped the man across his face. Axel stood there and took it.
“Emilia.” It was a cold voice that spoke to her, one that belonged to Theo. “I’ve spoken to you about this times and time again. You and I will never be married, you’re not my soul mate.” His cold voice wasn’t anything knew but the eyes with which he stared at her with now could kill.
“You’re really going to break our marriage over this?! Really? This man that is nothing but a burden to you!” Emilia couldn’t seem to comprehend this situation at all. She glared at him with eyes that made her seem like she was going to cry out of frustration.
“He’s not a burden.” Suddenly those words that left Theo’s eyes made Axel look up at him. “I’ve never once thought of him as such.” It was the confidence with which he spoke, or maybe it was the fact there wasn’t the least bit of regret… the fact that if he said something then surely he meant it…
It made Axel’s heart truly skip a beat.
For the first time in his life he felt like another person valued him so much…
“Don’t make me laugh. I know all of this is just a ploy. You don’t see any red string of fate or anything of the sort you just want an excuse not to marry me!” Emilia’s words were harsh and her naturally curly hair waved back and forth, her chest heaved up and down, she was definitely angry…
“He does see it… it’s real.” Suddenly Axel spoke up, although he didn’t have any proof of such a thing existing whatsoever. He wanted to believe that man…
And maybe that desire in itself made Axel… for a split moment… just for a timeframe less than a second… see a red thread that connected the two of them in that room that day…
“Ha, so you finally met someone just as insane as you? Congratulations but our arranged marriage won’t be nullified either way. Soul mate or not you have a duty to your family and that’s that.” Emilia walked out soon after, her eyes gave the man one last cold stare before disappearing completely.
“I’m-” Before Axel could speak, Theo was already next to him and caressing his cheek.
“She hit you, I’m sorry…” Theo apologized first. He looked like that slap had been personally directed towards him, he was angry.
“It’s fine… what kind of a man would I be if I couldn’t handle a single hit?” Axel joked openly trying to reassure the man with a goofy smile.
“No, that’s not right, man or woman, no one should get hit like that for no reason…” Theo replied as he embraced the man.
In truth Axel had been hit before, numerous times by his ex girlfriend, the woman that left him. He’d thought of it as normal. So why was Theo telling him it wasn’t?
Even from his own father Axel had heard about how strong he had to be as a man, and that taking a beating was a natural way to build character and strength…
So why was it… that all of that was being denied within this man’s gentle embrace that told him, ‘you’re worth more than this…’
“I think… I might be falling for you…” Axel admitted, whether it was the splur of the moment or just a moment of insanity that made him say that, it was said.
Theo’s eyes widened and then softened as he brought the man in for a kiss… it was as if a beast had been unleashed at that moment.
“What… wait! Mghpo…! Ngh…” Axel felt he was short of breath as Theo’s hands caressed him all over, just as gently as before, just as carefully as before. The kiss that made his heart pound, his eyes water and his breath shallow… He felt everything far too vividly, almost the same as within his dreams, if not better…
“I’m sorry… but holding back is a bit difficult…” Theo had a genuinely apologetic expression on his face as he hugged the man tightly. He’d interrupted the kiss and held him.
“It’s…” Axel could feel the thing between the man’s legs that every man had… he himself included… and it was difficult to ignore.
What was he supposed to do in this situation?
Within Axel’s flushed and flooded with all kinds of things mind, an idea emerged as he got on his knees and fought with the man’s overly complicated belt until it was unlocked.
“You’re… going to do that?” Theo asked him with a heated breath, he was obviously impatient but the other had never serviced him before, so he didn’t want to force him to do it because of a feeling of obligation.
“Yeah…” Axel nodded his head in agreement, although he’d never done this before, something in his completely muddled brain told him he could do it…
