What are the powers of a King of Lothriel? He presides each assembly concerning the state affairs. The assemblies are comprised by ministers elected by the people and experts in various fields who can be consulted depending on the case. If, by way of a hypothesis, the assembly must decide upon a building issue, it shall be comprised by the King, the ministers, and experts in engineering, urban planning and architecture. If, instead, the assembly is gathered to vote a trade law, besides the King and the ministers, there shall be accounting experts, retailers and traders.
