"I mind linked you, didn't I? I want to find the guy who dared to touch Avyanna. Human or a supernatural creature, I won't let anyone touch what is under my protection," I said, feeling unusually angry at the thought of someone else touching her inappropriately, and Alex bowed his head, his silence making me annoyed.
"I know what you are talking about, Alpha. As soon as I got your orders, I went to find that man according to your description. I indeed found him. However, I couldn't bring him -" Alex said, and I looked at him with a raised brow before tilting my head, anguish building inside me.
"What did you say? You couldn't bring him here? Even after I made myself clear that I need him here?" I asked, my voice getting dangerously low as Cyrus was feeling challenged.
