Engulfed in Evander's arm as he was hugging me, I stood there feeling completely paralyzed.
Seeing his eyes turning amber, I wanted to shriek in horror as I knew his wolf had taken over him, but I felt like I lost my voice or something as no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't scream or anything like that.
