AVYANNA'S POV
"Welcome, Alpha Evander and Miss Avyanna," The Butler said suddenly, making me look at him with a courteous smile.
"Please wait. The council head is on his way," the butler said again, and I nodded at him, conscious of the fact that Evander was still holding my hand in his.
I don't know what the dude's problem is. One moment he wants to ignore me like I am some kind of stranger to him, and the other moment, he is offended because I am actually playing along with him and am not talking to him.
