I waited anxiously for Luro to arrive. She had said that she would come in ten minutes but these ten minutes seemed to be longer than ten decades. My heart was desperate to see her in the white gown Vanessa had designed.
Beep! My phone rang with a message, ‘Please meet me in the guest corridor. I want to apologise for what I did.’
A deep frown settled on my forehead. Wanda wanted to meet me? I looked around apprehensively. My first reaction was to refuse her but then I thought about my mate. Wanda was very important to Luro. If we could put everything behind, she would be happy.
