"It's ok, it's fine, it's alright..." Isabella murmured, traveling in the taxi, feeling tense about the interview. To add to her anxiety, the traffic delayed her by 15 minutes. Finally, the taxi arrived at the destination. Helfort News International was undoubtedly the city’s center of attraction. Its gigantic size and architectural brilliance stood as a 20-floor luxurious marvel, a symbol of ambition. From above, it seemed to mark the city for the world to see. With over 1,000 employees, it was the busiest building on ElvynGross Street, constantly abuzz with sensational news. "It's ok, it's fine, it's alright... It's ok, it's fine, it's alright... It's ok, it's fine... huh," Isabella muttered as she accidentally ran into someone in the hallway. "I'm sorry, I just didn’t see you," she said, adjusting her glasses. "It's ok, I understand," replied a young man in a blue shirt and bow tie. He looked almost like an employee but was here as an interviewee. "So, are you looking for a job as well?" Isabella asked. "Huh... yes, kind of," he said. "But I’m starting to think this reporting job isn’t for people like me." "What makes you think so? Don’t you think keeping people informed about ongoing atrocities is a good job?" Isabella asked, her voice tinged with frustration. "Woah, easy," he said, raising his hands defensively. "I just don’t want to work extra hours. You know it’s said Helfort News makes people work overtime and doesn’t pay properly." "Oh, so you’re not passionate about it, are you?" "Nope." "Well, not everyone is like you, mister. If you’ll excuse me, I have to attend my interview." Isabella walked off, leaving the boy behind. As she hurried away, the boy noticed a notebook she had dropped. Picking it up, he followed her. "Miss, miss..." "You again? What do you want?" "You forgot your notebook. Here you go." "Oh, I just didn’t notice. Thank you." "The name’s John. John Vilbert." "Thank you, John." "And you are?" "Isabella. Isabella Mandanor." "Nice to meet you." Just then, Isabella's phone rang. "Hello? What is it?" "Mom has collapsed suddenly. I’m taking her to the hospital. Come soon!" The line went dead. "Wait, what? That can’t be..." Isabella muttered, her face pale.
