"Isn't today a good day to start activities?" said the old man. He was queuing to pay for items at the cashier. Tom smiled and bowed his head in a sign of respect.
"Of course"
"So, young man, tell me after this, what are you going to do?" asked him with a hint of smile.
Tom really didn't know what to say in return. He also did not know what to do after buying the goods. He plans to go home and rest. Can he lie to this old man?
"Maybe go to my mother's house?" he said with a grin. The old man just nod. When his turn came, he said goodbye to the old man.
"Have a good day, sir. Pleasure to meet you"
"The pleasure is all mine, young man"
Then after making the payment, he goes to his car and drives to the nearest flower shop to buy for his mother when he wants to visit his mother.
"Seriously....why is there no parking this morning....I think I have to cross the street. This is the only parking lot available. Save me" then, Tom got out of his car and crossed the street until he reached the front of the flower shop. The doorbell rang as he opened the door of the shop.
"How can I help you, sir?" asked the employee at the store. She winked. Tom realizes she's trying to seduce him and he chooses to ignore her.
All the women are the same!
"I want to buy a bouquet of flowers for my WIFE, please" He deliberately used WIFE so that the girl would stop harassing him. It annoys Tom. But the girl seem to take instant liking to him. Don't start again....
"Your wife, huh? You look like you're not married yet" she giggled when saw his surprised face.
"I'm sorry?"
"You are single, aren't you?" she said, biting her lip. Tom threw a look of disbelief at her. Really?
"I AM NOT AVAILABLE! So, help me with the damn flower. My wife wants it for our anniversary tonight, understand Miss?" snapped him. His patient is getting weaker. At this, the girl hurriedly went to prepare the flowers Tom requested.
"Silly girl" mumbled him.
