Upon getting home, I found Mariota busy making dinner. The kids went to their room with their big brother. They were pretty close, enjoyed their time together and I liked that. “Hey Gabe! Back already?” Mari called out as I entered the kitchen. “Yes I am back M! How was the afternoon? Any intrusion or any discoveries?” I asked her, hoping that no intrusion would take place now or in the future. “Fortunately no intrusion, nor have I made any discoveries. How did it go at the drug den.” She asked with amusement in her tone. She had taken a leave from the pub just so she could help me out. I really appreciated her.
