New living arrangements

*Emily* The next afternoon, Furby calls me, asking me to be at Tony Strong's home tomorrow morning. We will be moving Loki later in the day. I start packing my clothes and some small personal things, wondering how long I would have to stay there. Will it be possible to make Loki cooperate? And can we stop the approaching evil, whatever it is? As I pack, thoughts swirl in my mind. I can't help but question the situation. Will Tony Strong, as the Alpha of the richest and most powerful packs, be able to protect us? I wonder what awaits me at his residence. The next day, as I enter the lobby of the highrise, I'm handed a key card. I'm instructed to take the back red and yellow elevator, specifically designated for the two top floors. Have never been in a place like this before. The elevator door opens with a ping, and a soothing electronic voice welcomes me. "Welcome to the Strong residence, Emily. We are happy to have you here. I am Bob." I can't help but feel a little creeped out by the bodiless voice. Looking around, I notice Tony Strong walking towards me. "Welcome, Emily. You will get used to Bob," Tony says with a grin. "Hey, Tony. I hope so, but that voice creeps me out. I feel like I'm being watched," I reply, smiling uncertainly. Tony chuckles. "You are actually watched almost everywhere here, so you have to get used to that as well. But as long as nothing grabs Bob's attention, no one will ever see it." "Well, nice to know that Bob isn't just a creepy voice, but also a full-fledged stalker," I say, trying to lighten the mood. Tony laughs in response. He leads me to a spacious bedroom. "This is where you will stay. I hope you are okay with sleeping in the same room as him. Of course, there are safety measures, but I prefer someone to keep an eye on him at all times." Curiosity piqued, I look around the room. There are two beds… one at the back and one by the door. I place my bag on the one by the door. Tony approaches the corner table with a computer and writes something. An image is then projected into the air, revealing a wide metal bracelet. Pointing at the image, Tony explains, "This is an arm cuff inlaid with silver and some… other things. It functions like a cell did. Loki can't use his magic or tricks while wearing this, he also can’t shift and it can only be removed through fingerprint recognition." "And who can remove it?" I ask, studying the image. Can this really contain Loki's powers? Tony smirks knowingly. "I can remove it, Furby can remove it, and you can remove it. You simply hold it, allowing it to read your prints. It emits a beep, and if you keep your hand on it, it will open." "Why me? Why give me the ability to unleash him? Do you trust that he can't corrupt me or trick me into removing it?" I inquire, watching him closely. Tony grins and walks toward the door. "No, I trust no one completely. But I'm willing to take my chances. You will be with him the most, and you need to be able to remove it if the need arises. However, it should only be used as a last resort." He leaves the room, allowing me to unpack in peace. After organizing my clothes in the closet, I take a peek into Loki's closet and notice that his clothes are already there. Leaving the room, I decide to explore the apartment while waiting for Loki to arrive. It would be helpful to know where everything is located. I wander around for over an hour, observing the peculiar items on display, but I'm cautious not to touch anything. Suddenly, the sound of a large helicopter resonates outside, followed by a soft thud. I rush to the large balcony and see Thormod standing there with one hand on Loki's shoulder. Tony appears beside me. "Well, it seems our new roommate has arrived. Let's go say hello," Tony says with a mischievous grin, opening the glass door.
