What did I do?
What have I done?
What the f**k have I done?!
I thought I was doing the right thing by staying away from her. I thought I was protecting her, I thought. . .God! I thought a lot of things.
But her reaction goes to show that I f****d up in more ways than one.
Her pained voice still ricochets in my ears.
