“We"ve made the arrests. Two young men; both aged nineteen. One"s from Possil, the other"s a Romanian from Govan. They"ve both got form. They met each other whilst they were each serving community service for past misdemeanours. They struck up a friendship and decided to go into business together, so to speak.”
