See, the igniter is frozen…or maybe it just needs flint.” He sniffed it. “I don’t think it even has lighter fluid. It’s just a relic. And I’m betting she never used this lighter as an ignition source for any of the other fires she set.” “Oh, really?” Sam said, pointing up from where they stood by the dead firefighter.
