There was nothing much on TV, although Zane managed to find a sports show that held his interest. Rory meanwhile was totally focused on the partially naked Zane lying next to him on the bed. The man had such a thick carpet of chest hair, Rory’s fingers ached to touch it. Then he remembered he could. Beginning slowly so as not to spook Zane, and watching for any negative reactions, Rory’s fingers began to explore.
At first Zane carried on watching TV then he turned his massive head and regarded Rory with an amused expression. “It tickles.”
Rory immediately withdrew his hand. “Sorry.”
“Don’t mind. It’s kinda nice.” Zane picked up Rory’s hand and put it back on his belly.
“The hair’s so soft.”
Zane snorted. “I’m too hairy. Look like a gorilla or something.”
“Hell, no!” Rory said loudly.
