As he entered the bedroom Jwala was awake , her eyes were wide, her lips apart, her hair disheveled, there were tear tracks on her cheeks, she had buried herself in the duvet upto her neck, as she looked at him with eyes which first time held fear "Stay. ..stay away fr.. from me.. ..,...w.. who are y.. you? " The girl had somehow made an impact on him, all he could see was the fear in her eyes which she was trying soo hard to hide, the way her grip tightened on the duvet which she held as if her life depended on it .
