Isla POV

Too many eyes slowly turned to stare at her as Isla walked onto the training field by Charlie’s side. There was no malicious intent behind the warriors’ gazes, but she could feel a tension of unease settle around them. It wasn't a surprise for her. Only yesterday she had attacked the pack and likely hurt one or two of these wolves. If they had given her a warm welcome, or even ignored her, Isla would have been suspicious. Not everyone was as crazy as the young wolf by her side. Either she was oblivious or purposely ignoring the looks, but Charlie just continued to chatter away to her, not that Isla paid too much attention, instead she made it a mission to glare at each and every pair of eyes on her until they looked away.
