One Week Later I watched Wildon and Esther enjoy a cup of coffee together through the glass window of the cafe. He had his arms around her shoulder and she leaned into his embrace. Sebastian was curled up cosily asleep in his baby carrier. I hadn’t meant to be spying but when she told me they were going on a date, I just had to see. I gave them one more last look then moved away to do my actual plans. Today, I was set to be a witness and judge in Aerden’s case. Malachi had agreed that Esther and Wildon needed to rekindle their relationship before handling such an issue but it couldn’t wait.
