T H O M A S My heart was beating so fast as I stopped in front of the room number Gab told me on the message. My heart almost jumped outside when the door suddenly flew open and Laurence went out the room. His sleepy eyes looking at me. "Thomas!" He shouted. "Where have you been?" He pulled me in a hugged me. "How was he?" I asked without answering him and I couldn't keep my voice from not trembling. "He's stable now." He said and I felt relieved. "Where were you? You didn't answer our calls and me—" "Can I see him?" I interrupted him. I just wanted to see if he was alright. "Yes, of course. But he kinda. . . um. You should come in."
