I took a long breath as I feel the fresh air get into my lungs. It felt great!
I added my pace, running along side the Madison Park neighbourhood this morning. It was 7.30 in the morning, still a bit quite and less people on the road.
I turned on my iPod and played my music playlist. Started with Breathin by Ariana Grande. I put the iPod in my sweat pants pocket, as I kept running on the pedestrian way.
