Lydia's expression remained calm and focused despite the sweat covering her forehead as she knelt beside the injured man. The steel bar had pierced straight through his abdomen, making it impossible to remove on the spot. She could only press against the surrounding pressure points to slow the bleeding while quickly examining his other wounds.
