Chapter 11On the morning after my critical conversation with Katherine, I opened the front door to get the newspaper, like I did every day. But it wasn’t the paper that I was focusing on. A MISSING poster with the image of Katherine was glued to my neighbor’s mailbox. Squinting revealed how there was a 1000 Magnifico dollar reward for information leading the police and secret police wolves to Katherine, as a result of her nonmagical status. I shifted my gaze to the neighbor in back of me whose mailbox had the same poster on it.
