Her facial expression changed f**k I guess he never told her. "Anyway like I was saying Alessia was Alexander's younger sister. We all used to hang out until she became too ill to do so. She was diagnosed with leukemia. She was such a brave, courageous sweet girl. She liked to live life to the max that's why I think Lucca fell in love with her. She became so weak she had to go to the hospital and have chemo. Nothing worked, she was losing her hair but still she battled on and chose to wear a wig to hide the fact she was losing her hair at a tremendous rate. We could all see it was taking its role on Alex. We tried so hard to help him through it all but he just wasn't as strong as Lucca. Instead of seeking help from us or others he up and left without an explanation or a goodbye. I haven't
