It’s been a hell lot of a week for Dakota as she was busy with her grandfather’s funeral and today was the day they cremated him.
Her grandfather had died the next day after he was admitted to the hospital. The doctor said that he was not willing to wake up and finally he let out his last breath. Dakota’s father had taken a week-long leave from his duties. Her mother was constantly running back and forth as many relatives had come for the last ritual.
Dakota and Fiona were silently observing everyone as they bid their farewell. Fiona had been staying at their place as she was devastated, she had lost her grandfather and she felt so miserable.
