Chapter 11 - Crying Adish

Aditya was busy with his meetings and conferences but he talked to his kids whenever he had the opportunity.
He tried to finish his work as soon as possible, so he was working non-stop for almost 20 hours a day.
“Hi sweetheart, how are u? How are the kids?” He texted Krissy when he had time in between.
“Okay”
“Only okay? Hmmm, you angry with me for not bringing you with me?” He joked casually.
“Maybe”
“Maybe? Then I should next time. I will not ask you and take a straightaway.”
“Good”
“Baby, why are you texting one word only?”
“Miss you.”
“Seriously? Do you miss me? You are not angry anymore?”
“No. I love you.” Aditya was speechless when he received the last message. She loves me, really? She is not angry at me? He called her immediately.
“Daddy!! You called me at last!” It was Krisha’s voice.
“Krisha, did you send daddy the messages?”
“Yes daddy, I miss you, I love you!” she whispered in a low voice.
Aditya melted even though he was a little disappointed thinking about the message from Krisandra.
“Baby, daddy too loves you and misses you so much, tomorrow daddy will take you all back to the hotel, okay?”
“Sure daddy, I am waiting for you.”
“Where is mummy?”
“Mummy is showering” Krisha whispered. Showering!! He smiled devilishly thinking about their first night together.
“Daddy, daddy, Adish want to talk to you.”
“Yes baby girl, give him the phone.”
"Daddyyyy!" Aditya heard he was kissing the phone screen. His eyes were accumulating with tears.
"Adish, daddy miss and love you too. Wait until tomorrow, daddy will take you all back, okay?"
Aditya heard the little man's sobbing sound until Krissy took the call.
"Hello, what happened. Why is he crying?"
"He kissed me and started to cry."
"Okay, I will hang up first."
"Krissy wait."
"Yes, pass the phone to him."
"Daddyyy"
"Adish, daddy will come and see you okay. Stop crying now."
"Really?"
"Yes, really, wait for daddy, okay. Don't trouble mummy, now stop crying." He immediately wiped his eyes.
"Done daddy"
"Good boy, now give the phone to mummy."
"Mummy, daddy wants to talk to you." Adish passes the phone to Krisandra.
"Do they always behave like this?" Aditya asked her?
"No, never, this was the first time."
"Hmmm, later I will drop by for a while and meet them, okay?"
"Aren't you busy with your work?"
"You and my kids are the most important people in my life. I know the pain of separation." Aditya's tone was lower and in pain.
"Okay!" The pain of separation, with who, with his lover? Or all the women he slept off?
"Mummy, daddy promised he would come later to see us, right?" Adish asked with his pitiful face.
"Yes Adish, hmmm I know you two miss him a lot, but daddy also promised to take us back together so we must not disturb him, okay?
Let him finish his work first, or will we have to wait for longer, understand babies?"
"I am sorry, mummy, I have disturbed daddy, will daddy be angry with me?" Adish jumped on Krissy's lap and Krisha slowly squeezed in with them.
"No baby boy, daddy will not be angry with you two. He loves you two a lot."
"Daddy didn't love mummy?" Krisha's question froze Krissy.
"If daddy didn't love mummy, how would you be here?"
"Mummy loves daddy too, right, or how will we be here?" Adish added on. Krissy simply nodded and she was speechless as well.
She never thought the kids would be so different after meeting Aditya in real life.
She is aware she and Aditya are not in love with each other. He might be interested in a woman like Damyanti who is rich and high class too.
Well, I am not poor, or my kids especially. I have saved more than enough for them.
Each of them has a big apartment in the city which generates income on a monthly basis which goes to their bank account.
The shops income in the mall gives them a very luxurious life, but Krissy refuses to spend it on luxury.
It's my hard money and I am proud of it rather than eating and spending my parents money.
Since she is moving back to the same city after 7 years, she already planned to sell this property and get a new one there.
She wanted her own place even though she would be staying with Aditya.
Krissy called and updated Kayla on what had happened.
"Babe, it is good you returned to him. He is still single. Maybe he has changed. You should consider giving him a second chance and yourself too. Who knows you might fall in love with him?"
