Chapter Three

It's finally the day I pick up my new house keys Damian said he would take me to pick them up. I'm so excited to finally have my own place. From living in constant fear and poverty to moving all the way to Amber Lane sleeping on my friends couch until I got to where I am today. I make my way to the bathroom with todays clothes, the only things I could find is a pair of black leggings and an over sized crop top and my towel. I have a shower and get dressed ready for Damian to pick me up at 8.30am he said he will text me when he's in the lobby and ill just go down and meet him. I was in too much of a day dream I did not hear my phone "PING" three times all of a sudden I hear " BANG, BANG, BANG" I answer the door to a panicked looking and sounding Damian "why aren't you answering? is something wrong with your phone? has something happened?" as I go to collect my belongings which are needed for today while giggling to myself "no nothings wrong my phone is fine I was just in a day dream about my new home" I say as we walk to the elevator. 

DAMIAN'S POV

Why she always got to have me on my toes. She smells so innocent like she's never done anything in her whole life apart from work. No scent of any other male just her coconut and lychee scent what she always smells of it smells divine. She's always had me worrying about her since day one of meeting her then finally doing a home inspection which I've never done to any of my other employees before I just felt like something was off about the whole situation. I've been keeping a close eye on Sian since day one which I don't want her to find out about or she might become angry with me even though I'm just trying to protect her. As we get to the car I open the passenger side door for her to get in, she turns red as always, my shy little darling. I get in to the drivers side and place my hand on her thigh just to see how she reacts and she squirms underneath my touch "are you ready to go meet Kimberly your housing agent to pick up the keys and go to work but we both finish at lunch today as I've cancelled the rest of our meetings but theirs just one I couldn't its too important of a opportunity to miss out on and then I thought we could go furniture shopping together as I have a few bits I need to pick up myself" I say as nicely as possible trying not to scare her away by offering to help her out as much as I can as well as been close to her. "yeah sure I could use your assistance anyways might be a few heavy boxes to carry anyways as well as the deliveries ill be making " she replied softly. I'm glad she's accepting my help, finally I might be able to make her fall in love with me. As we pull up to the housing agency I can see Sian is starting to get nervous by the way she keeps fidgeting " are you ready to collect your keys do you want me to come with you or do you want to go alone?" I ask instead of inviting myself. " could you maybe come with me please I'm a bit nervous and id like you to be their if I need any help" she says as she's looking at the ground turning red. We both get out the car and I like her arm and we walk towards Kimberly's office, all Sian has to do is sign her tenancy agreement for as long as she wants to live in that house. 

SIAN'S POV

It's finally time, why am I so nervous I even asked Damian if he would come with me but he makes me feel more nervous. We make our way to Kimberly's office and I press the buzzer "hello its Sian I've come to collect the keys" I say nervously "come in Sian" "BEEP" the door opens and I nearly stumble in until Damian catches me by my waist I feel a tingling sensation right through my body like electric sparks and I brush my self down and walk over to the seats. After all the paper work is signed we head to the office because its now 9.20 am and we have a meeting at 10.15am. we make our way to our floor to go over some paper work before the meeting. Damian makes some coffees while I get changed in to my work clothes a white shirt with a black high waist skirt and my dolly shoes then I get the brownies and cookies out my bag which me and molly baked last night. Half way through Damian asks " have you ever had a boyfriend before Sian" "um no, no I have not, I've not had time for boyfriends considering all I've done is work since leaving school, I don't really find the need of having a boyfriend as they're annoying and ignorant" I reply I don't want him to know I'm a virgin though as I don't want everyone making me out as a laughing stock. Damian waves me over to him so I walk towards his desk and stand at the side he slides out or underneath his desk on his chair while pointing at his lap " sit here facing the computer screen" in an annoyed tone. As the meeting starts Damian mentions I should sit in the seat next to him with my laptop as I take notes of the full meeting of what's to do and what's already done. As everyone takes their seats I feel Damian's hand once again on my left thigh to close for comfort I try to shake it of by coughing and sitting further up in my seat but he grips my thigh and opens my legs and places his hand where my nickers should be, I'm glad everyone's talking away and I'm making notes as everyone would see I'm red but Damian can feel my wetness as he looks at me and asks if id like a drink of water while looking in my eyes, I shiver. The meeting comes to a end and I'm glad as any longer I don't know what would of happened if I didn't stand up and make my way to the door opening it for the three gentlemen to leave "ahem gentlemen instead of starring at my assistants bum could yous please leave" Damian says with a stern tone. I quickly turn around blushing not knowing where to look. I shake their hands and say bye. Damian grabs my arm and bends me over the table pinning my arms behind my back my boobs pushing on the table.
