Chapter 25 - Bonus Chapter - Our Second Wedding Night

That night after the small garden wedding, the house was silent.

Ruhi, Rayan and Raya were sleeping at Nanu's house. For the first time in 6 years, Rita and Sujan were alone in their big mansion.

Rita was sitting in the bedroom, wearing the same white gown from the wedding. She was nervous, like a new bride.

Sujan entered the room, wearing a black shirt. He locked the door.

"Why are you so nervous, Rita Moni? We have three kids already," Sujan teased, smiling.

Rita blushed. "Sujan, don't tease me. This feels different. First time we married, you didn't even look at me. You hated me."

Sujan came and sat beside her. He took her hands.

"Yes, I was a fool then. I thought love is for weak people. I thought a CEO should not love. But you changed me, Rita."

Rita looked into his eyes. "How?"

"When you came to my house, you were just 21, a crying girl who lost her sister. But you never complained. You took care of Ruhi like your own daughter, even when I was rude to you. You cooked for me, even when I shouted at you. You waited for me every night, even when I came home late."

Sujan's eyes became wet.

"And slowly, I started waiting for you too. I started missing your voice. I started getting jealous when other men looked at you. That's when I realized, the man who hated everyone, is now madly in love with his jungli girl."

Rita started crying. "Sujan..."

Sujan wiped her tears and kissed her forehead. "Today, I am not marrying you because of force. I am marrying you because I cannot breathe without you. You are my air, my life, my everything."

He picked her up in his arms, like he did on their first night, but this time with love, not anger.

"Rita Moni, my queen, my wife, my everything, I love you. I love you more than my company, more than my money, more than my own life."

Rita hugged his neck. "And I love you too, Sujan. My arrogant CEO, my husband, my hero. From 'The Man I Hate' to 'The Man I Love the Most'."

He laid her on the bed softly.

Outside, the moon was shining bright over Dhaka. Inside, two hearts who started with hate, were finally becoming one, again, with true love.

After six years, three kids, so many fights and tears, they finally had their real first night as husband and wife who truly love each other.

Their forbidden love story finally got its real happy ending, not because society accepted them, but because they accepted each other.
