Chapter 30
Light filters in through the window, pulling Eclipse out of her deep sleep with a groan. She instantly recognized her dorm room as she sat up. Her head was pounding from dehydration as she looked around, and relief washed through her. A part of her had been convinced that she’d hallucinated the rescue or that it had been another way of torturing her. Her powers coursed through her, though, a feeling she had missed. Her dorm room opens slowly, making her look up as Anna slips inside. She smiles as she notices Eclipse sitting up. “You’re supposed to be resting.” Anna teases gently as she hands her the glass of water in her hand. Eclipse smiles back weakly as she takes the glass. “I needed to sit up, sue me.” Anna giggles a bit as she sits next to her, leaning against her shoulder. The
