Eclipse moves through the shadow realm, testing her powers as she walks. She can feel her position in relation to the physical world, as well as where her body has been moved to. It’s like a string tugging at her whenever she concentrates on it. Time is difficult to measure in this realm, too, as she and Tilly have discovered before. This time, however, she doesn’t need to worry about infection since she is only a soul. She finally figures out a way to separate the shadows so she can see into the physical world.
