Avalynn's POV
Margaret creepily smiled at me. She pointed to the printed contract before her and gave me a look of hatred. I trembled again in fear and tried to restrain myself from her grasp, but she was too strong.
Even though I would tell her I didn't want the deal anymore, I still couldn't leave for this damn conference anymore. Slowly, I was getting anxious that my forehead was slowly getting sweaty. I wanted to shout for help. But before I cried for help, I felt a sharp pain in my back knee, leading me to fall to the ground.
"Ahhh!" I winced in pain, and Margaret went closer to me too fast. She had a gloomy face and smiled at me before she raised her right hand.
"Avalynn, you f*****g deserve this!" she yelled.
"Ahh-- please stop!"
"Haha! This punishment is what you deserve!"
