Avalynn couldn’t believe after she heard what Margaret had mentioned to her. She didn’t like it, and she gritted her teeth in so much resentment. Margaret was acting as if she was the one who sabotaged the plan. She didn’t even do it because she knew how powerful Margaret was.
How could a poor woman liked her do some nasty things against Margaret. She didn’t even have the courage to break their agreement because she knew that Margaret would be fuming mad at her. She knew her boundaries, she knew herself too well.
She couldn’t stop to think her grandmother, who died because of what Margaret had done. She loathed her more, after Margaret treated her like an animal who didn’t deserve to be treated right.
