Steven was stunned, but his eyes instantly closed when he felt Avalynn's lips land on his. He thought that his heart was beating too fast that he couldn't hear his surrounding anymore. He didn't expect that Avalynn would initiate a kiss. It was too special for him.
He grabbed Avalynn's head and didn't let her stop the kiss they both shared. He didn't know that he would finally experience those romantic things with someone because of his illness.
