Liam’s POV
I looked past Adeline and noticed how the moon shimmered off all the clovers but one caught my eye. I was certain I had found the last clover we would need to open the portal. I stretched my arm out just past Adeline’s shoulder and picked the clover bringing it back between us. It was a four-leaf clover. We had enough.
“Look Adeline, we can open the portal now.” I said excitedly, smiling down at her.
“This is fantastic Liam. Let’s put with the others so it’s safe and we don’t lose it.” Adeline said propping herself up with her elbows underneath me.
