-Eri Sunville- (Gosh, I'm married now I don't think it's nice to not change my name to Eri Jones.) Alright 🙄 -Eri Jones- I opened my eyes to notice my naked self on the bed. Don was no longer beside me. Remembering everything that happened last night, I couldn't stop the color rising to my cheeks. Who knew having s*x would be so much fun. I stood up from the bed, ambling to where my clothes lay on the ground. Picking them up, I put on my bra, and gown again but didn't bother with the knickers. Instead I placed that in a nylon I found on the floor. No way was I going to walk to my room in front of all the maids, holding my underwear. Gosh, that'd be so embarrassing. But I was successful in rushing out of his room to mine without coming in contact with any one. Once in my room, I headed straight to the bathroom, took a shower and brushed my teeth. That was when the thought of it all hit me. Wow, so I was no longer a virgin. It felt weird to even think about, since all my life I'd been… you know. But now… Now, I am a married woman. It wasn't very expected of a married woman. So there was no more wondering how it'd be like having s*x. I wore a pink flared gown that lay a few inches below my butt, all the while thinking how now I could live a happy life with my husband. As I left my room, I met with Hane, who seemed to be coming to visit me. “Whoa Eri, what's with the happy mood?” “Huh?” “You're smiling like you want to tear off your skin.” I didn't even realize I was doing that till she pointed it out. “I am? Hmm.” My shoulders lifted in a nonchalant shrug, though my insides bubbled in joy. “What's that?” Her fingers moved to touch my neck before gasping dramatically with a smile taking form. “Why is there a hickey on your neck?” “There is?” “Wow Eri, I'm so proud of you. You finally did it.” She said in a loud whisper (if that's a thing). I found myself blushing at being caught, but decided to avoid further discussion on it, by asking, “where is he?” “He's having breakfast.” A teasing smile rested on her lips. “You should go join him quickly before he goes to work.” I wanted to leave when I remembered. “You were heading to my room, did you have something to say?” She shook her head. “No, I just wanted to see if it was arranged.” “Oh okay.” Then sauntered past her to the dining room where Don sat, doing whatever he was doing on his phone. He turned to face me with a smile that immediately warmed my heart. “Hi sleeping beauty, you finally decided to wake up.” Before I could talk myself out of it, I headed towards him, planting a peck on his lips then sat on the first chair at his right. “Are you going to work today?” I asked, though the answers were already clear in his dressing. “I have to.” He held my hand, pulling it to his lips. “Can't you take the day off? Please.” I really didn't want to stay home alone without him, now that I've figured out my feelings for him, I wanted him by my side everyday. He chuckled. “That's not possible, you know the company's on the trillion dollar mission and we'd need lots of work to make that possible.” “You know what, let's go to work together, I can get back to being your secretary.” “That'll be great because working alone has been a lot of work for me to do without a secretary.” *** When I reached the company I hadn't been to in months, I was greeted by tons of bodyguards. It was obviously because I came with Don (I guess). Once inside the company, more people greeted the both of us only making me feel like I had some power. Side by side, we strutted towards Dina whose head was bowed. “What's with the respect Dina?” I chuckled but earned a blank expression from her. We both wrote our names, then ambled up to the office. “Wow, it's been so long since I've been here.” I went to his desk, frowning when I sighted that annoying laptop. “How I hate this thing.” “What's your problem with it?” “It stole all your attention and made you overwork me, that's why I hate it.” I scoffed. He chuckled, walking over to wrap an arm round my waist from behind. “But now I'm all yours and will do anything to please you my love.” “What are you doing? We're at work.” I whispered shyly. “So?” “What if someone walks in or sees us?” I tried to remove his hand from my waist but that was obviously a vein action cause his unchoking grip was tight. “No one can walk in without my permission and even if they see us, they can't do anything since I own this place.” I was finally able to release myself from his grip. “If I remember clearly, you said you had a lot of work to do so let's start working.” “Okay then.” He went to sit on his desk. My brows pulled together as I rested my right hand on my hips. “Just don't overwork me, okay?” “I can't do that to you my love.” “Hmm mmh.” *** “Were you seriously the anonymous fiancee from the beginning? I'm certain you weren't.” Dina asked in a whisper. We were on our lunch break. I'd asked Don to go to lunch with me but he was too busy working so he said I should go alone. I was annoyed at first but realized he just wanted to help the company so I'd asked Dina to have lunch with me instead. “As his personal assistant, I can't reveal such information.” I said jokingly but actually meant it. She rolled her eyes. “Whatever, Mrs Jones.” The way she said it made me laugh. “So you two love each other?” She asked. “Of course, I love him a lot and he feels the same way.” I said confidently. “That's good, I hope you two stay happy and that nobody tries to drift you two apart.” “Who'd dare do that?” “We don't know.” She shrugged, taking a sip from her coffee. Was it actually possible someone might try to cause a rift between us? Don is a well known person and he's terribly handsome. No Eri, don't try to think negative things. You're happy now, let it stay that way and don't let any thoughts take that away.
