Brushing her hair behind her ears ,I stare at her beautiful blue eyes

Just a little flu " I smile
"I know " she gives me big nod as she snuggles into my arms
"I'm going to Paris in two days
For a business trip "
She looks at me confused , as her eyes go wide
"I'll be back
But few weeks , I'll be away "
I caress her cheeks as I assure her
Giving me another nod , she turns around
The way her eyes blink ,her forehead framing lines makes me wonder what is going on inside her thoughts
