Chapter 56: Butterfly Heaven

“What the f8ck did you say?!” I growled at him. And, If glares can kill I might be dead right now. Lucas stood in front of me glaring but not speaking, keeping his mouth shut. I breathe heavily trying to calm myself down but it was hard to do so. His face makes me want to kick it. The guy looked down on me as if he was looking down on some s**t. “Why should I repeat it? I thought you heard since you have such a  big reaction,” He said with a grin. And, that was it. I saw red and the whole world become an apocalypse.

I’m just kidding. Now let me tell you why we are in this scene in the first place. So, I woke up early in the morning. The sunlight seeps into my window. I yawned and stretch my body, feeling a little happy. I hummed as walked into my bathroom and washed with cool water to make my drowsiness go away. I changed into my uniform and brush my hair. I went out of my room while swaying and dancing, feeling a little bit excited and I don’t know why. I went down the stairs and saw my father with her pink apron on. I chuckled at the sight and went back hugged him. “Hm~ Smell`” I said as I sniff the breakfast he made for me. My father laughed and put the meal on the table. I thank him and start digging. A knock on the door made our heads panned in the direction. 

The door swing open revealing my cousin, “Larcade~” I sing-song when our eyes met. He rolled his eyes and greet good morning to my father. He sat down on the chair next to me and scrolled on his phone. “Hurry up we gotta be late.” He said while putting his phone down and looking at me. “I’m trying,” I replied as I slowly savored the taste of my breakfast. Larcade gives me a blank expression. Teasing him by doing the exact opposite thing of what he said. I giggled at his expression and decided to stop. After my breakfast both me and Larcade bid goodbye to my father. Grabbing our bikes we ride to go to school.

We parked our bikes and somehow I feel relieved that I arrived early. Both me and Larcade talked about random things until Axel popped out of nowhere. He put his arms on Larcade but my cousin just shoved it away and walk ahead of us. Both me and Axel stand there and stare at Larcade’s back. I glance at the guy beside me and wrapped my arms around him, “Be honest, do you have a crush on Larcade?” I said with a smirk and Axel look at me with empty eyes. “Be honest, are you a witch in your previous life?” He said. Not a nice comeback but very upsetting. “What?” I deepen my voice as I can to intimidate the guy. Axel immediately escaped from my grasp and run as fast as he could entering our school building. I chuckled in a sinful way like I was possessed by Dio. “I’m coming for you!” I growled. Before I could take a step I bump into someone’s shoulder.  His shoulders hit my nose hard and I stumbled falling down and landing on my butt. “What the hell?” I cursed and glared at the guy.

I notice Lucas behind the person who bumped me. The said guy was just staring at me nonchalantly. The person who bumped smirked as they look at me, “Oh sorry, Hi, I didn’t see you there,” He said while offering his hands. I stared at it and decided to ignore it and stood up. I wipe my butt hoping that there’s no dirt sticking on my clothes. “It’s fine,” I smiled and walk away not daring to glance back at them. I heard them talking and laughing. I couldn’t comprehend what they’re talking about until, “She’s an i***t, she’s not worth your time,” A familiar voice said and I halted in my steps as I snapped my head to their group. All of them stop as they noticed my stares. I glare at the certain person who said that ‘Is he familiar with me to call me an i***t?!’ I thought angrily. I was about to confront him but someone called me. I stop on what I was about to do and I look for the one who called me. On the second floor of our building, Axel and Larcade were standing there looking down at me. They’re probably wondering what took me long. I huffed giving the group the last glare and walk my way to our school building. I arrived at our room with Axel who I think is annoying the hell out of my cousin.  

I walked up to them and smack Axel’s back. He screeched and touched and scratch the part where I hit him trying to ease the pain. I chuckled at his reaction and dragged Larcade inside our classroom. We talk for more than a minute when we make sure that there is still time before classes start. I sat there laughing and teasing Axel but I halted when a familiar face enter our room. All the students shut their mouths at his intimidating appearance. I scowl at him but quickly change my appearance as he passed by me. Axel who was sitting and facing in front of me also look down as he doesn’t want to get targeted by the school’s delinquent. 

We quickly regained our composure when our first subject teacher entered the room and class starts.  The class goes on and every different subject pass by but I did not learn a single thing. I dozed off on my desk but quickly slap my cheeks to regain myself. However, the drowsiness keeps sticking on me and I can’t help to close my eyes and wish that someone will teleport me somewhere. ‘I wish I could fall asleep and so I did. I slept for a long minute but when I heard a slight bang sound I immediately jolted up but my jaw dropped when I noticed where I was.

A city that I wasn’t familiar with. People that I did know. Strangers that pass me as If I’m a ghost. I look at my surrounding. I noticed a mirror beside me and turn to look at it. I widened my eyes. ‘Did I die and turn into a beautiful gorgeous angel?’ I asked myself and then it hit me. “Where am I???!!!” I shouted at the top of my lungs. Even though my voice was hella high pitched and a crack can be heard at the end of my statement, no one look at me. This confused me like hell. I started running wherever my feet take me. This city was not Helio at all. I look for a sign on the road or a word to know where I was but everything was dull. There are only people with no sign of any interest in me. But when I saw something glowing across the street, I halted in my steps. There was signage at the top of their store. The very first signage I saw since running from my former location. ‘What the hell?’ Confused but wanted to know where I am. I crossed the streets and walk to the store. Before entering I look at their top sign.
