Deniera stirred his tea. She was lost in space. Her hands unconsciously touch the necklace that was hanging on her neck. It was a silver locket. It shines as light touches it. Deniers were lost in her thoughts. Rebia noticed her. She walked down to her and took a seat, uninvited. Deniera snapped on her train of thoughts. She stares at the person sitting opposite of her with annoyance. One of her brows raised, her expression: unamused.
“I saw you alone and I decided to accompany you.” Rebia smiled gently not wanting to make Deniera more annoyed at her presence. But the thing that she want to avoid was happening right in front of her. Deniera gives up and just ignores her. Rebia help herself and poured tea into her cup. Although Denira doesn’t like being with her, She was too lazy to shoo her up.
“Deniera,” Rebia called out to her in a manner that is gentle. The said woman didn’t look up at her but she was listening to what she’s gonna say. “About the boy, you talked a while ago? Can you tell me more about it?” Rebia said shyly. Her face flushed in embarrassment as she tried to avoid Deniera’s confused eyes.
Rebia has been looking up and admiring the said woman. Deniera was much older than her yet Rebia was always awestruck by how strong and beautiful she is. Every time she saw Deniera, there's always this fluttering feeling on her that made her feel shy. Like a high school girl, she just wants to know more about her crush.
“And, why do I have to tell you? Who are you and why are so eager to know about it?” Deniera’s response came crushing Down Rebia. ‘Right such a fool.’ She thought to herself as she decided to just shut up and drink her tea.
“That child wasn’t exactly born from fire.” Rebia looked up to Deniera. She was surprised when Deniera take into consideration her request. Something about it makes her grateful. She did a mini celebration first in her head first before nodding to let Deniera continue.
“He died but revived by the fire.”
Rebia stared at her before saying, “What??”

“You’re burning! What the f**k?!”
Neveah widens her eyes as she watches her friend get engulfed by fire. However, her reactions did not match the owner’s body. Lucas was still baffled. The fire was strong yet he wasn't burned. Larcade and Neveah felt the intensity of his fire as seconds go by.
“Lucas! It’s getting hotter in here!” Neveah informed his companions with panic in her voice. Their close proximity didn’t help them to avoid the heat that was radiating on Lucas. The said man panned his on Alex who was still ongoing on punding his metal weapon into Larcade’s force field. And, then an idea popped into Lucas. He grabbed into Larcade’s shoulder to catch his attention in which Larcade did. When Larcade panned his head to Lucas he widen his eyes when he saw his friend was on fire. Lucas’s fire wraps all around his body from head to toe. Larcade stared at him horrified and worried for his friend.
“Wha--!!?” He almost shout but Lucas covered his mouth. Larcade panics at the idea of Lucas touching him when he was currently eaten out by flames. But, Larcade suddenly realizes that the moment he touches him the fire automatically went out on the certain hands on his shoulder except for the remaining parts of his body.
“I have an idea.” He stated beside Larcade as they stare at Alex outside the field. Larcade waited for him to continue.
“Release the field,” Lucas said. Larcade widen his eyes at what he said.
“What do you mean to release the--” Larcade asked confused and annoyed at the same time.
Lucas cut him off by putting his fingers on his mouth. Their faces are close and Lucas whispered to him that only two can hear. Neveah stared at the two blankly. ‘Are they flirting?.’ She thought while she squints her eyes feeling sus about the whole whisper thingy. Lucas leaned away and Larcade nod. ‘Yes, they are definitely flirting.’ Neveah’s thoughts were filled with nasty things that he accidentally imagined because of the two.
“Imma punch the s**t out of him.” Lucas said to Neveah. She stares at him. Her expression screamed ‘how the f**k would you do that?’ Lucas looks at her and smirk. Neveah felt chills for a second. Disgust by his friend's unusual behavior.
“Just trust me.” Lucas said with a wink. Neveah barfed at it. She felt disgust ran into her body as she didn't mean to accidentally paste the picture on her head. She began a developmental crisis.
“You don't need to overreact!” Lucas shouts at her.
“Here I go!” Larcade exclaimed. Alex noticed that there was something coming. He hurriedly leaps away from them. Larcade grabbed the opportunity and conceal his barrier. Alex widen his eyes when he saw Lucas coming. Like a fireball that was aiming at him. Lucas’s body was literally on fire. This made Alex fear for his life but quickly regained his composure. He raised his arms that has a metal weapon and aim it at Lucas.
But because of the high temperature his making, the metal slowly melts. Alex's life flashed before his eyes when Lucas’s fist landed on his face giving him a powerful jab. His enormous strength and his firepower blast Alex up through Damian and the remaining enemies' direction.
Lucas huffed as he watch his opponent fly away. He locks eyes with Damian’s wide ones. Larcade who was releasing his barrier again was shaken off by Neveah. She was currently leaning on him and jumping in celebration of their first win. Lucas was proud of himself that he didn’t give up. He stared at his flaming hands.
He was still in disbelief that he accumulated such supernatural power. He can’t think of any reason why but it didn’t mean that he wasn’t grateful. Larcade watches Lucas proud back as Neveah runs into him. Clingin her arms to Lucas’s big ones and congratulating him. Larcade clutch his right chest. The throbbing pain was slowly decreasing but the beating was still there.
“What in the world just happened?”
