I gulped loudly.
The toilet remains silent after Janine's rude question.
My heart beat wasn't normal as I wonder how I would leave the toilet without being caught by her. After a minute and so, I heard Janine's pitchy voice again.
"Girls, check each doors! We can't let any b***h escape after all I freaking said!" My eyes widen. They must have nodded with the silence that followed. Should I just come out and lie that I didn't hear anything? Well, that would be a very noticeable lie considering my name was mentioned in their little nasty plan talk. I let out a sigh.
I began to hear each door bursting open. This just reminded me of those action movie about how they were miraculously all saved before their door opens and revealed it was them. I prayed for my own miracle that moment
