When Victoria met his gaze, she could know his thoughts, and the redness on her face became even more obvious. Luckily, no one noticed, that all their focus was on Franklin!
As soon as he got on the car, Roderick received a call, his face looking slightly anxious, "Alright, I'll be there shortly."
Victoria looked at him with some worry, "What's wrong?"
"There's a business problem; I need to go back to the company. Accompany my parents and son, then wait for me at home." Roderick said to her.
Victoria knew that she could not help him in this aspect, she nodded, "Alright, you can do it without worry! I'll take care of our son.”
Roderick said to his father, and then he drove off by himself. Victoria looked at the car he was driving away from, and started to worry.
