I'm ready to get this s**t over with I'm tired of going back and forth with this b***h.

"Make sure you call me when it's over and tell me how it goes". Laila said giving me a kiss and fixing my shirt.

"Alright and have a good day at work". I said causing her to smile.

"Let me leave before I jump on your ass". She said causing us both to laugh.

Looking in the mirror to make sure I looked presentable I grab my keys and walk out of the room and down the steps.

Locking the door I walk over to my car getting in. Starting it up I back out and pull off towards the court house.

~Court House~

Getting out of the car I walk towards the building being greeted by my lawyer.

"How you doing man". He said dapping me up.

"Good good". I said as we walked up the steps.

Walking inside the courtroom we go take a seat and wait for the judge to come in.

Once he came in and sat down we got started.

"Do you have any information that clarifies that you are the father". The judge asked and I shook my head no.

"I called the hospital and they said they had no record of it but I swear man I took them as the next morning after finding them". I said looking over at Maranda who was smirking.

"Mr.Carter I'm sorry like I said the last time I'm going to need so proof that shows me that they are indeed yours". The Judge said causing me to look over at him.

"Look nigga you about to piss me the f**k off I'm telling you those are my kids I raised them, I feed them, I was the one that missed work days when they were sick, I'm the one that goes to their events, I do that s**t not her". I said standing pointing at Maranda.

"Adonis sit down". Eric said standing up as I stared at the Judge.

"You're homie what my client is trying to say is he's been the one raising these kids alone for seven years even IF they weren't his they are still his". Eric said as I nodded.

"Ms. Long is their biological mother so she gets custody". He said and I was about to say something until the doors opened.

Everybody looked over and I saw Mrs.Lee rolling into Mr. Lee.

"My husband has something he wants to say". She said rolling him to the front.

"Objection your honor". Marandas lawyer said.

"Overruled continue". He said looking from the lawyer to Mrs. Lee.

Watching her she picks up a paper from his lap and unfolds it.

"I was the doctor on duty that administered the test of Mr.Carters twins and the test results showed that he was 99.99% the father of the two twins I also have the papers right here". She read as she pulled papers out and an officer went to grab them and handed them to the judge to let him read.

"I would also like to say that the is someone working within the hospital that is erasing people's records". She said before putting the paper down.

"So it seems to me that you gave me false information". The judge said putting the papers down.

"W-well". Maranda started to say.

"I hereby grant Mr.Carter sole custody with no visitation rights to Ms. Maranda also Maranda you will be spending 1 year in prison for fraudulent information and your doctor friend will be stripped of her credentials and will serve 4 years". He said slamming the gavel and I jumped up hugging Eric.

"Let's go get my kids man". I said walking out of the court room.

Getting in the car I start it up and drive off towards Marandas house.

|25 minutes later|

Parking the car I get out and knock on the door. It took a minute for it to ope and when it did it was a young girl.

"Hello can I help you". She asked looking up at me.

"I'm here to get my kids". I said and she looked at me confused.

"I'm sorry sir I can't just give you the kids I don't know you". She said and I nodded.

"That's understandable just call them down". I said and she nodded calling them down.

Once they hit the last step they saw me.

"DADDY". They yelled running and hugging my legs.

"Hey babies". I said picking them up and kissing their foreheads.

"Aye how about you be my babysitter for them when I go to work". I said to the girl as she stood there.

"Do you pay more then ten dollars". She asked with her eyebrows raised.

"Yea". I said nodding.

"Then he'll yea". She said and I raised my eyebrow.

"I mean yes yea sure you know cool". She said clearing her throat causing us to laugh.

"Cool look I'm giving you the kids number so you can text that phone and I can give you the days I need you". I said and she nodded.

"Alright daddy lets go". The twins said and I nodded walking away.

"Where's Laila".Alyssa asked as they put their seatbelts on.

"She should be off of work by now". I said starting the car up and driving off.

|20 minutes later|

Pulling into the driveway I cut the car off and we all get out.

"I missed my room".Josiah said as I unlocked the door.

"Me too". Alyssa said as they ran in.

"LALA". I heard them yell as I locked the door.

"Hey my babies". I heard her say as I walked into the living room seeing them sitting on the couch.

"Wassup baby". I said leaning down kissing her before taking a seat by her.

"How long we been gone cause relationships don't just pop up like this". Josiah said causing us to laugh.

"Stay in your place Josiah". I said and he nodded his head.

"So I'm guessing you get visitation". Laila asked looking over at me.

"Nah more like full custody".I said and she started screaming.

"WHAT REALLY OH MY GOSH IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU". She said jumping up and giving me a hug.

"Thank you". I said looking up at her since she was sitting in my lap.

"You're an amazing father you know that". She said causing me to smile.

"I'm not that good". I said waving her off.

"No seriously there are t to many men that would stop their life just to raise their kids". She said grabbing my face making me look at her.

"I got her pregnant so I needed to step up she didn't ask to get pregnant but our mistakes shouldn't determine if I be there for the kids or not and nobody's ever ready and if they say they are then they f*****g lying and you can't say that you know how to raise a child because you're learning something new everyday but that's just how I was raised". I said with a shrug.

"You're amazing". She said kissing me.

"Thank you". I said as she leaned back into me and the kids cuddled up to me.

"You're my hero". Josiah said looking up at me.

"You're my hero too daddy".Alyssa said shaking my arm making me look at her.

Just to hear them say that lets me know my work doesn't go unnoticed and that's all the works of Their Hero...
