ZEPHYR The Grand Lycan Convergence Games were always the same—filled with blood, fangs, sweat and pride. It was about legacy, and it was a show of strength that came with its own perks because the winners were honored by the royal family and given privileges that sparked envy. The games always kicked off when the full moon was nearby. There were two phases, the first few games happened two days before the full moon and the grand finale was marked on the night of the full moon. A series of tournaments marked the games, ranging from fang locking, strength baiting, speed tests, shifting tricks, to claw combat. For each game, the winner was inducted into the Moonblood royal achievers, a sacred group of werewolves that were a force to reckon with. I was usually very focused on the game
