The Forgotten Hybrid Princess

Chapter Ten

Once we had finished eating Lexi said that she had a couple more things that she needed to grab before we headed back to the house, I swear that girl would live in this mall if they would let her. By the time we made it back to the house I was extremely exhausted I don’t even think I took my clothes off I just crashed on the bed.

*DREAM*

I was home in the living room finishing up some last-minute changes to a project for school when I heard a weird noise from outside the window, that sounded like howling but then I noticed that the movie teen wolf was playing on television. Crazy right! But I also could have sworn I heard someone outside calling my name. Don’t really know what came over me and possessed me to walk to the door but I did.

Whose out there? This is not funny don’t make me call the police. What do you want from me? I could hear the panic and fear in my voice, as I am looking outside towards the forest.

Unknown voice responds.

I am here my love; I am waiting for you. If I should show myself to you in this form, you would fear me, and I couldn’t live with myself if you were terrified of me.

"I want to see you!", I exclaimed.

Before I let you see me my name is Bishop.

(Bishop shifted back to his human’s form but kept complete control). Once he completed the transformation, he appeared from the tree line his eyes were this beautiful black color with a green and blue ring around them, almost reminded me of an obsidian gem stone. I couldn’t stop looking at his eyes, they were memorizing. I had this strange feeling that we have known each other for a while, that we have some type of connection, but he looked nervous, confused, and protective. The closer he walked towards me, the weaker my body seemed to get, my heart started beating faster.

What is happening to me? What is this I’m feeling? Before I even realized it, he was standing right in front of me. Not really noticing anything about the man standing in front of me because I was mesmerized by his eyes. I had to look up at him because he was taller than I am, but my eyes never left his.

“Who is this man?”, I was thinking.

“I am yours and you are mine”, he said in more of a whisper, then out of nowhere he leaned down and kisses me ever so softly.

I had never been kissed by a boy before, hell I have never been kissed before period. See I’m still a virgin saving myself for that special someone. I have always had this dream that I will be with one person who is meant for me and me only.

“Heaven, Heaven, sweetie wake up we are home”. Waking up to my mom and dad staring down at me, I frowned and rolled my eyes. It felt so real, but where was he? The man who kissed me so gently, the man with the beautiful eyes I wondered as I took in my surroundings.

“Are you alright sweetie”? My mom asked, standing there looking at me with this confused look on her face. Yes, mom I’m alright I must have fallen asleep while working on my project.

I woke up in a cold sweat frantically looking around for my parents when it hit me like a ton of bricks, they were both dead. I had this dream about a man with some of the most beautiful eyes, but what were my parents doing in this dream. What the hell is happening to me s**t just keeps getting weirder, I really thought that I had gotten past this point. Am I going crazy!

Now that I am up, I look over at the clock and realize that it is only 430 in the morning and classes don’t start until 8. f**k my life why so early I moaned out in frustration. Getting up I walked over to the bathroom turning on the shower setting the temperature just right before walking back out and into the closet to grab something simple to throw on. I’m thinking jogging pants and a t shirt should work just fine walking over to my dresser I grabbed a bra and pair of panties. Heading back in the bathroom I get undressed stepping into the shower getting under the water feeling it relax my tensed muscles and wash away all the stress I have been going through lately.

Grabbing my lavender and citrus body wash I lather my body up feeling the rest of the stress and tension leave my body who would have guess that a shower could do so much. Thoroughly cleaning my body from all the sweat I turn off the water and hop out the shower sitting on the vanity chair that is in my bathroom I apply my body butter all over my body. Once I am done and satisfied, I throw on the clothes that I had grabbed earlier before heading back in my room to put on some shoes. Before headed outside towards the lake for a while to clear my mind. Sitting here by the lake I started to replay things over in my mind, then I hear that same calming voice from before say, “he is so hot”. Startled I almost fell in the lake, wtf was that! I thought while looking at my surroundings.

Kira: don’t be alarmed it’s just me doll.

Heaven: what do you mean it's just you? who are you? and why can’t I see you?

Kira: I am so sorry doll, there were somethings that I needed to get straight before I was able to come back to you, but I do remember I told you that if you needed me, I would always be here. Did you call me?

Heaven: No, I never called you because I thought that night was one of my crazy ass dreams. Since you are here do you know what is up with the dreams that I have been having lately?

Kira: yes and no

Heaven: well, are you going to tell me, or this going to be another mystery.

Kira: I am not sure who that man was in the dream, but I do feel some type of connection to him as well, but the reason your parents were in your dream is because you still miss them. But the people that I saw in the dream are not your real birth parents I couldn’t sense them.

Heaven: what do you mean you couldn’t sense them; we are really going to have to sit down and have a long talk so that you can explain to me what the hell is going on with me.

Kira: Well, it will have to be another time I hear someone coming and I believe that it is almost time for school.

Before I could even ask her what she meant Kol was walking over to me, “hey what’s going on, you are out here early”.

“What are you doing here, I asked”? Still looking at the lake.

“Wow I’m hurt baby girl I can’t come and spend time with my friends. Tell me that you did not forget about the graduation breakfast your aunt put together”, He said with a little smirk.

O s**t I did forget what the hell if it’s not one thing its another. Well, I guess we might as well head back to the house that way I can properly get dressed for the day. How had so much time slip away from me that quickly I wondered while walking back to the house. Heading back to the house Kol asked me if I had been feeling okay lately, I gave him a sad look and he just smiled and gave me a side hug. It will eventually get better Heaven; I can promise you that, but it will take time. I know Kol I just wished I knew how much more time I will need to finally start to feel normal again.

Well, now I’m back in my room deep in the closet trying to find something nice to wear to school today I guess I should have done this when I got up earlier. I guess I’ll dress in something simple, so I decided to go with my favorite black maxi dress and black tennis shoes, pulled my hair up into a low ponytail, put on some mascara and some lip gloss. Checking myself out in the mirror I guess this will have to do I just wish this would finally be over.
