Two hours breezed by and I remained seated in the confines of my car since I had come to find some peace and quiet in it as the party went on just fine without me and my blank thoughts wondering what my next line of action should be.
People started leaving for their various homes when I eventually deemed it fit to alight from the car and i snuck back into the house and straight into my room suddenly not in the mood for any further conversations whatsoever with anyone.
I laid on my bed even without getting out of my suit, I only managed to loosen my tie a bit and wondered where it could have all gone wrong till I found solace in the arms of sleep that was abruptly interrupted by Dad's barging in as usual.
