For the first time since I got this job, I didn't seethe over going to work.
I arrived very early feeling enthusiastic about the day. It's either Joanna is rubbing off on me positively or I was just looking forward to another day with Jay? I'll definitely stick with the former theory as my conclusion regardless of which of them was true.
A frown suddenly took it's place on my face when I entered Jay's office and was met with his absence. His briefcase was already present on the table though so that meant he was somewhere around the premises.
