"Clara" I faintly heard someone call.
"Clara" the voice repeated now sitting beside me as I felt my bed sink from the person's weight.
I grumbled and turned towards the other direction when I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder.
"What?!" I roared pulling the covers over my head.
"Wakey wakey, it's your first day at work!" Joanna whispered so close to my ears I couldn't help but listen to her words.
"What time is it?" I asked in a not so audible voice.
"It's almost 7:00 AM" she replied immediately.
"But work isn't until 8!" I bit back
"Just a few more minutes and I'll be up" I said making a promise I wasn't about to keep.
