Hunter's POV
I was having a really bad day, my girlfriend's parent kept insisting I mark and mate her because we have been dating for five years now but I didn't feel ready for that, not until I found my fated mate and made a decision.
My beta Callum insisted we go for a drive somewhere and chill. I eventually took him up on the offer. We told the driver to drive to the nearby human town Mystery Falls to cool off amongst the humans. The town consists mainly of humans and the occasional rogue or lone wolf that hasn't gone feral.
We stopped outside a cozy-looking hotel and decided we could spend the night here and go back home in the morning. We got out and entered the dining area. We were instantly seated and the waiter took our order.
