“Are you ready?” I asked everyone, “Damn right!” Hays cheered. “Hihihi, It’s going to be fun.” Ed tittered, thrilled to think just the way we are going to die. “Let’s go.” I nodded as we all grabbed our stuff and left.
I took a step forward when Crystal held my shirt but stopped and turned to her, “What happened, Rylan?” Crystal asked, looking up at me, My lips curled into a soft smile as I took her hand in mine, holding her hand. She was taken aback at first but soon grinned, tightening her grip on my hand. The expression of glee on her face was very telling of how much she loved it. To keep my hand in hers, it brought a smile to my lips as I whispered to her, “Let’s go.”
