"My mate my mate my mate my mate my mate" my wolf repeated over and over again it's getting annoying quickly.

"WHAT THE HELL MAN!" I heard him whisper loudly. I'm guessing that the fall was set up. I wish he would do it again. Wait no I don't!

I hear someone charge at me from behind probably realizing I was in a haze. I swiftly side-stepped him and hit him in a pressure point on his neck forcing him to the ground. I looked up at the group of men I was training today

"Ok I'm going to put you in groups of two and you're going to take turns practicing defense in your human form. Once I feel like u got a good grasp you'll be switching partners" I explain the game plan.

"Ok can we get a volunteer to help us!" I heard my sister yell and I turned to her to see what she was doing. Then she pointed at an alpha but instead of asking for them she says "Hey can we borrow your beta for a moment "

The alpha nodded and their beta came out.but she kept going she took EVERY SINGLE BETA! What the hell is she planning? My wolf perked up more when she called him up. I don't know why but I was excited.

My wolf kept trying to take over to make me run to him. Geeze I sound like a high school girl. Someone just end me now. My sister jumped on my back snapping me out of my trance.

Then I froze at her next words "hi I'm Elizabeth and this is my boyfriend kaine!" I stared for a moment at her then my wolf whimpered when I heard a low growl.

Before I could even realize what was happening Elizabeth jumped down and I was pulled to the chest of my growling mate. His scent was so strong and so amazing I wanted to bury my face in his chest and hug him, never leaving his arms.

Elizabeth and someone else started laughing. I didn't know what to do so I just stood there. I felt safe in his arms but I also felt out of place like this.

He buried his face in the crook of my neck. My face was burning up. I looked around and everyone was staring at us. Our alphas were standing together smirking at us.

"I-.... uhhh" I looked up at him but all I saw was his wolves eyes ready to murder anyone who dares to touch me.

I gently nugged him trying to get him to snap out of it. He somewhat did. Instead of taking a step back embarrassed of the scene he just made. He pulls me closer and kisses me.

Next thing ik I'm in his arms against a tree I'm an all out make out session. Everyone didn't even care at this point. I finally found the strength to pull away from the kiss. Which was really painful to do.

".... what is your name exactly" I ask shyly. I don't know why I'm so nervous now. I do know that my wolf was ecstatic.

"I'm Jace" he gave me a bright smile and I couldn't help but blush "and you?"

I looked away for a second before mumbling. "I'm Kaine" he started walking to the pack house still carrying me. My blush deepened "wait where are you taking me!?"

"I'm taking u home. And no I will not put u down" he said answering my question before I could ask it. Instead of struggling I just laid my head down my head on his shoulder breathing in his scent.

Jace

My heart was racing. At first I was just jealous of the girl but then she said they were dating and my wolf just came out. I couldn't stop him but my vision went blurry when I regained control I was kissing him.when I was about to pull away he kissed me back.

About 5 minutes passed and he broke the kiss asking me. "... so um what's your name" he looked away shyly and my heart skipped a beat

"I'm Jace" I smiled at him "and you?" I couldn't help but admire how adorable he was. He stood about an inch shorter than me, what was once a strong and fierce beta had now become my shy embarrassed mate that I'd protect with my life.

He looked up at me, his cheeks tinted pink. " I'm Kaine " I smiled and picked him up making his entire face turn bright red. I started walking and he squirmed in my arms "w-where are you taking me!"

I smirked and held him a little tighter continuing to walk "to your house" and I smiled watching him get flustered. I was expecting him to struggle more, but surprisingly he just laid his head on my shoulder nuzzling my neck. I felt my face heat up immensely; I smiled and rubbed his back gently as I got to his house and walked in slowly.

Kaine sat up a bit and looked at me smiling at me then jumped out of my arms as I shut the door. I pouted missing the warmth of him. However I loved how his scent is everywhere in the room.

I walked around looking at all of his stuff, trying not to throw myself at him again. He walked into what I assumed to be his room, since it had the strongest scent in the entire house. I wanted nothing more then to walk in there, and mark my mate. I restraint myself and continued to look around. I got to the back of the place only to find an area that smelt nothing of him. I slowly walked into the room. I looked aroundthe room, it appeared to be a bunker... if some sorts. the walls had metal shelves lined up against three of the four walls. one of the shelves was completely filled with can foods. when I looked to my right I froze in my place when seeing nothing but weapons. I could very easily tell it was all made out of silver.

I gulped and turned to my left. I really wish I didn't come in this room.
