That night I could not sleep, a lot of things occupied my mind. I tried to go back to sleep, but all I could do was twist and turn all night, restless. My back was starting to hurt, I got up from my bed and check the clock beside my bed, it read 2:30 AM, I looked over to the bathroom and washed my face. Seeing my reflection in the mirror, the fatigue was evident on my face. “maybe I should go for a run, it’s been a while since I ran.” I said to myself, yes that’s a good idea maybe that’s why I’m so restless. I went back to my bedroom and changed into my sweatpants and an oversized top held my hair in a messy bun and put on my running shoes.
